Welcome to the Cape Fear NC Chapter

The Cape Fear NC Chapter meets in Wilmington, NC, and supports chapter members and friends throughout southeastern North Carolina.  If your zip code is 284xx, you live in our chapter’s membership area.  If your zip code is something else, but you are still interested in joining with our active chapter, you are most certainly welcome to join us.  Look for more information on the JOIN page or the CONTACT page.

Chapter meetings or special events are typically held ten – eleven times each year with the Chapter sometimes taking a ‘meeting break’ in July.

Regular Chapter luncheon meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday of the month, normally held at the Cape Fear Country Club in Wilmington.  Our regular Chapter luncheon meetings are open meetings and chapter members, non-member alumni, parents of midshipmen or alumni,  members’ spouses, significant others, family members and friends, friends of the Academy, business associates, and community members that have an interest in the chapter activities or meeting presentations are encouraged to attend.

Special meeting events are held on a quarterly basis; a semi-formal Dark Ages Dinner meeting in March, a Summer Cruise social gathering in June/July, Bring Your Company Mug (BYCM) meetings at a local craft brewery or dinner spot, and the annual Army-Navy game celebration in December.
